Try before you buy — that is the policy

Before any purchase there is a 14-day free trial of the whole app — no card, no email, no account — so you can find out whether it works for you before paying anything. Because of this, purchases are final: we do not offer discretionary refunds beyond what the law requires.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the law. If you are a consumer in the EU, the statutory right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code) applies as provided by law; where a purchase is processed by a payment provider acting as merchant of record, refund requests under these rights are handled by that provider, through the route shown on your receipt, or by writing to info@fatamorganasrl.com.

Cancelling

A subscription can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the paid year; access continues until then. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a year already started, except where the law requires it or the service was materially unavailable.

Your data, always

Whatever happens with a subscription, your practice data is never locked away: export and import stay free forever, and everything you practised stays on your device.
